Our proprietary qualification process enables us to efficiently understand the client requirements and match that with consultant experience to deliver a resource with a more customized skill set.

Additionally, we take the same approach and work with various areas of the company to deliver talent at scale.  Customizing each resource need to develop a customer centric solution to fill the gaps where required, up to 25 resources based on what each skill set brings to the table.

Our primary areas of technology expertise are Oracle related including, but not limited to Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft and Oracle integrating technology such as Oracle cloud and database software areas.  Our network covers a wide range of skills sets and even have common integration technology skills  such as salesforce, business intelligence, or AWS.

Our skill set availability varies wide and include business analyst, developer, project manager, solution architect, Vice president and also as niche as change management, product manager, or DBA.

Our contract consulting talent is delivered via time and materials and doesn’t include a fixed price or required timeline.  Our ability to adjust number of hours per week, duration, or location are inherent to our delivery model.

DIRECT HIRE

Our proprietary qualification process enables us to efficiently understand the client requirements and match that with consultant experience to deliver a resource with a more customized skill set.

Our direct hire talent is delivered a one time placement fee. Our ability to adjust number to unique client requirements and work on a national scale enables us to provide a different landscape of talent vs. other firms or internal hiring teams.
