Not only is it home to Heartland, Dallas remains as one of the largest metropolitan economies in the nation and has advanced just within these last few years to become the fourth-largest employment centers, behind New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago.
With over 10,000 business headquarters and over 50 Fortune 500 companies making up the rapidly-growing metroplex, Dallas-Fort Worth topples the charts as the largest concentration of corporate headquarters in the United States.
Aside from the serious stuff, Dallas has much to offer any person regardless of their age, background or interests. It houses the largest contiguous urban arts districts in the nation (0.3 miles from our office) and continues to be a hotbed of the vibrant live music scene. And who can forget the divine food and drink scene here in the south? You’ll be in heaven knowing that out of Dallas came Margaritas, German chocolate cake and even corn dogs! If you know anything about sports, you have unquestionably heard about the Dallas Cowboys. There’s no wonder the Dallas Cowboys are famously named “America’s Team,” they are the “most valuable” sports franchise in the United States, worth approximately $1.5 billion dollars.
Whether sports, entertainment or chic shopping centers are more your speed, Dallas is a melting pot full of cultures and people groups who love calling Dallas their home. Nothing beats the southern hospitality and charm this city exudes. Hear from some of our Heartland family members as to why they love it here!
