Heartland is a networking company that’s business model can be explained via 6 degrees of separation. The challenge rests on the assumption that you can take anyone involved with Oracle technology and can link to Heartland within 6 steps or fewer. With Heartland at the center, we are the constant within each circle of professionals related to Oracle technology. 1 degree of separation are existing customers/consultants, 2nd degree connections are referrals of our customers/consultants, and the list goes on all the way to 6 degrees of separation creating a Heartland number, not a BACON number. The human algorithm enables each person to extend their network of connections, leveraging Heartland’s experience, reputation, history to create more personal human connections.

LeAnne Devereaux

Hello, my name is Le Anne Devereaux and I have been with Heartland since September of 2013. I serve in the role of Finance & Operations Manager. I am originally from California, but have been living in Texas since 1980 and consider it now my home. I have degrees in both accounting and science from Richland College and am enrolled at UNT as a senior working to finish my bachelors in accounting. I love working at Heartland because it affords me the opportunity to be part of a great team that is really more like family. I am passionate about giving our clients and consultants the very best service I can at all times. My goal is to make sure each and every one of them are happy with partnering with us. On weekends, I love spending time with my family and enjoy camping, fishing and travel!

Patrick Donlin

Chief Executive Officer, President of Sales

My name is Patrick Donlin and have worked at Heartland IT Consulting since 2010 and function in role of CEO/President of Sales. I am originally from Binghamton NY and went to SUNY Oswego for college, graduating in 2004. An interesting life experience I have had was choosing to outsource myself working for a US company located in Buenos Argentina for $600 USD per month!! Personally, I am a believer in taking action and have personal hobbies living out some of my favorite shows on CNBC or HGTV. I am active with real estate, gardening, DIY projects, and new business concepts. I travel a lot and enjoy sharing experiences with innovative people who are improving the world for themselves and others around them. I love being a part of Heartland IT Consulting for many reasons, however, my favorites are the opportunity to create and seeing people exceed their potential. We have the flexibility to create anything we want acting in the best interest of the organization and make things happen. Additionally, seeing people on the team exceed their potential and be dedicated to achieving success together is an incredible experience to share.

George Wieneke

My name is George Wieneke and I work in the role of Resource Delivery and Search for Heartland IT Consulting's Oracle powered clients. I relocated from the Bay Area, CA, having worked in San Francisco's Financial District dealing with hypergrowth startups for about a decade. I come from several national IT firms and now work for Heartland from our remodeled downtown office in Dallas, TX! My creative side and mechanical inclination keeps me busy, as I enjoy cooking different ethnic foods during my free time.
Having placed many Oracle specialists at a Big 4 clients, Heartland's model enables me to truly maintain relationships with true dedicated experts in the Oracle product line.

A Dallas native, Jorge is an experienced IT recruiting leader with a significant background in talent acquisition, sourcing, negotiation and client management. He is accomplished in recruiting IT professionals at all levels and technical skills sets that include, executive, management and staff level. Jorge has a strategic, dedicated and a deep-rooted drive for achieving professional and personal goals. After graduating from Texas Christian University in 2005, Jorge has been in IT staffing for over 12 years, working with local and nationwide clients. At work, Jorge consider himself to be an ambitious professional with a high sense of urgency and a tenacity to get the job done right. In his personal life, Jorge lives life according to the 4 F’s: Family, Friends, Food, and Football.

Sonia Lakhani

My name is Sonia Lakhani, and I am the Growth Manager here at Heartland IT Consulting. I originally started here as a recruiter before pursuing other adventures and have now come back as a growth manager. I am a first-time mom to a beautiful 18month old boy. In my spare time I enjoy doing activities with my husband and son, going on walks and practicing yoga.

Mike Donlin

Center of Excellence Manager

My name is Mike Donlin and work in the role of Center of Excellence Manager at Heartland. I have lived in upstate New York my entire life and recently retired from a career in the construction and real estate industry. I decided to get back to work at Heartland in a part time capacity helping facilitate for the other team members, kind of like a point guard in basketball. Although working remote, it is fun making a difference with the team as much as I can to improve Heartland’s niche position in the marketplace!!

Eric DeLa Garza

Sr. Business Development Manager

My name is Eric DeLa Garza and I am a Sr. Business Development Manager here at Heartland. My primary goal is to build new and strengthen our existing relationships with decision makers requiring high quality solutions. I have accumulated over 20 years of sales experience as both a mentor and contributor. I am excited to help pave the way for Heartland’s continued growth in the marketplace. I am an avid fan of all Dallas Texas sport teams and a collector of nostalgic memorabilia.

Jennifer Wilson

Sr. Account Executive

My name is Jennifer Wilson, and I am an Account Executive at Heartland. On paper, my role is to deliver Oracle resources to direct clients. In action, I build relationships with decision-makers that allow me to understand their business needs and offer quality solutions – and I love it! I graduated with my bachelor’s in psychology in 2015 and started by career in corporate America at the nation’s largest insurance company. Thereafter, I chose a change of pace, joining a small yet highly-effective team of 7 at Heartland in March 2022. I’ve done volunteer work as a Survivor’s Advocate for 5 years at The Turning Point Rape Crisis Center, and interned for 3 months at Texas’ maximum security psychiatric hospital on the adolescent boy’s unit. I have a passion for traveling and absorbing foreign cultures. My favorite destination thus far is a town called Granada in Spain in which I’ve spent 5 unforgettable months learning Spanish and eating paella. My favorite travel partner is my husband, Marlon.

Janet Evans

Manager Cloud Strategy and Innovation

Janet has a PHD in education from SUNY Cortland. She works to create more balance within our Oracle cloud part of our business as Manager of Cloud strategy and innovation. Some of the key areas are training people to enter cloud marketplace and building partnerships with existing cloud customers and consultants. She is an accomplished gardener.

HEARTLAND EXECUTIVE ADVISORY BOARD

The advisory board is intentionally built with diversity to enhance our position in the marketplace, improves operational effectiveness, and build a sustainable company. The advisory board is a hands-on leadership team that solves complex challenges related to activities of the firm.  The board member’s experience helps clients make distinctive, lasting, and substantial improvements in their performance building a long-term partnership with our firm.

Key functions are:

  • Client development- Work directly with 3-10 strategic customers building the partnership with Heartland and creating a long term connection. This role functions similar to partner in big 5 or management consulting role aligned with our unique position in the marketplace.
  • Networking- Being active in Oracle ecosystem sharing good will and communication on Heartland positioning in marketplace building relationships/business effectively.
  • Operations- Work with CEO and production team to develop opportunities, training, and positioning in the marketplace
  • Advisory- Work internal to organization to build strategy for tactical adjustments the team can execute with access to sales, financials, operations, recruiting etc.
  • Leadership- Guiding organization, building team work, and leveraging experience

Cathy Gallagher

I have over 30 years of experience working with cloud and on premises applications, platforms and infrastructure products from Oracle, Salesforce.com, and ServiceNow. I have over 30 years of experience leading customers in their decision making processes and on their journey with upgrades, new deployments, platform optimization, strategic planning/roadmap development, and Managed Services and support. My industry specialties include Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, Financial Services/Banking, Consumer Products, Retail, and Real Estate and Property Management. My greatest passion is in customer advocacy wherein my powerful empathy and competence have led me to exceed expectations in Sales and in Professional Services revenue and utilization with highest levels of customer satisfactions.
